Fair Use Policy
Effective Date: September 16, 2026
The ChatterVoice Unlimited plan provides unlimited translated messaging, voice translation, and video translation for normal person-to-person communication.
“Unlimited” means there is no ordinary monthly message or minute allowance for legitimate human communication.
The Unlimited plan is subject to this Fair Use Policy to protect ChatterVoice, its customers, and the reliability of the service.

- Family and friends communicating across languages
- Personal conversations
- Customer or business conversations
- One-to-one messaging

- Other legitimate person-to-person communication
Prohibited or Abusive Use
Unlimited service may not be used for:

Heavy Legitimate Use
ChatterVoice does not automatically consider frequent or heavy legitimate communication to be abuse.
A customer may use the Unlimited plan extensively for genuine human communication. Usage volume alone should not automatically result in suspension.
ChatterVoice may consider multiple signals when determining whether activity appears automated, fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with normal person-to-person communication.
Account Review
If ChatterVoice detects activity that appears suspicious or abusive, the account may be temporarily suspended while it is reviewed.
The account holder will receive an email explaining that the account has been suspended, the general reason for the suspension, that the account is under review, and how to contact ChatterVoice if the suspension is believed to be incorrect.
Reinstatement
If review determines that the activity was legitimate, an administrator may reactivate the account. The customer will receive an email confirming reactivation.
Termination
If review determines that the account materially violated the ChatterVoice Terms of Service or Fair Use Policy, an administrator may terminate the account.
The customer will receive an email explaining the general reason for termination and any applicable billing/account information.
ChatterVoice reserves the right to take immediate protective action when necessary to protect the service, customers, or infrastructure.
