You must be the minimum age required by applicable law to use ChatterVoice. You may not use the service if you are not legally permitted to do so.

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.

You agree to use ChatterVoice only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

ChatterVoice provides machine translation between English and Spanish. <strong>Machine translation can contain errors.</strong> Translations are not guaranteed to be accurate. You should independently verify any important information and should not rely on ChatterVoice for emergency, medical, legal, or other situations where translation errors could create serious consequences.

You are responsible for your use of the service and for any content you provide or transmit. You agree not to misuse the service or attempt to disrupt it.

ChatterVoice and its branding, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the content you create and share through the service, subject to the rights you grant us to operate the translation features.

ChatterVoice may rely on third-party technology providers for speech recognition, translation, text-to-speech, hosting, and other infrastructure. We are not responsible for the acts of third-party providers beyond our control.

We strive to keep ChatterVoice available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including accuracy of translation, reliability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChatterVoice is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any damages arising from translation errors or service interruptions.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, or for any other reason at our discretion.

We may change or discontinue features of the service at any time. We will not be liable for any such changes.

We may update these Terms from time to time and will update the "Last Updated" date when changes are made.

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The specific jurisdiction will be confirmed based on the final ChatterVoice business configuration.
