ChatterVoice is a video and voice translation service. Promotional Trial Abuse Prevention
To keep our promotional free trial fair, ChatterVoice may use account information, an app-generated installation identifier, a privacy-safe salted hash of your IP address, and coarse device-category information to detect and prevent repeated claims of free promotional minutes. We do not use permanent hardware identifiers, and we do not collect contacts, photos, or precise location for this purpose. An installation identifier is a random value generated by the app and stored on your device; it does not permanently identify your physical device and can change when you reinstall or reset your device. If you believe you were incorrectly denied a free trial, contact support and an administrator can review and restore it.
Information Sharing
Information may be shared with service providers necessary to operate ChatterVoice, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, payment, speech-processing, translation, and related infrastructure providers. We do not sell your personal information.
Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
